Determining the Right Dosage

Finding the optimal CBD dosage for your pig requires a personalized approach. Generally, a good starting point is 1-2 scoops of the CBD Pellets or 0.5-1 ml of the All Animals Tincture. Stay with that dose for at least a week, from there you can increase or decrease the dose either permanently or as needed. For example, an arthritic pig might need a larger dose in the colder months than in the summer or if they are having an arthritis flare. Once they seem comfortable you can either decrease the dose or keep it the same. If you are determining what a permanent, or maintenance, dose should be–it is best to continually give your pig the same dose for at least one to two weeks to see how they respond to it. You can give your pig one dose a day or break their established maintenance dose up in half and give twice a day. Again, every pig is different. Experiment and find what works best for your pig!
